On the job Evaluation (O.J.E.)

This consists of a 2-week training period. Your OJE will be a great starting point for you to get a better understanding of us as a brand and future partners.

Management Training

After the O.J.E. you will be scheduled for your management training that will last of 2 weeks.  This training will cover all the aspects of managing a Freshslice foodservice operation.
